The circular coil may be positioned conveniently over many parts of the body, and usually serves well as a “general coil”. Without special cooling circulation system, it’s not suitable for continuous high-frequency treatment .  It is mainly used in scientific research and clinical diagnosis (such as determining MEP) in neurology department, rehabilitation department and department of psychiatry and psychology for its large stimulation area, deep penetration and strong intensity .
