USABILITY & USER EXPERIENCE WITH LOGSQUARE

Mangold LogSquare is an out-of-the box Usability Testing Software.

LogSquare captures the entire User's experience, i.e. the user's Computer Screen, the Facial Expressions and Thinking Aloud Protocols and computer related activities, such as mouse actions and keyboard entries made during a test session.

For deeper insight, LogSquare can be expanded with an Eye Tracker. This is interesting whenever the user says something like "I don't understand that" or "that is really interesting". Because at these points one would normally like to know exactly what the subject actually looked at.
